"How to use a circle to relate 'e' to Phi " 1st Posted: Feb 22, 2008

This mathematics discovery allows us to relate all mathematical and physical constants logically and causally together. It is needed to navigate between two sides of surface of a Moebius and across its surface. A test: You can square the circle using only a straight edge by knowing how to create the 8 e|Phi points on a circle.

For my fellow citizens to wake up. Thousands of you, many in positions of leadership, have ignored this public warning about the EASILY PREVENTABLE instant total destruction of our planet.

The actual disconnection of our conservation debt is almost trivially simple. Wake up!

8-12-08 rev. How to Measure the Common Good

This "objective" measure of the common good arises directly from my refutation of "Coase's Theorem. 4-22-08 Coase's Theorem, Politics, and Scientific Publication

"Objective" means we each can agree that we can perceive this measure with our normal sensory apparatus,i.e. rap it with your knuckles directly or by seeing a 'gauge' move.

The common good means that this "measure of value" must be the same thing for each of us. In short, it must be how you, probably unconsciously now, measure what is good and bad for yourself.

How To Navigate between Two Sides Moebius Surface

7-03-08 The clue came from an error pointed out today by mlmn about Phi. Kudos mlmn.

In reviewing the basic math interactions between Phi(1.618) and phi(.618) raised a question: "What are the results of add, subtract, multiply, and divide between phi and Phi that always yield as a result of one or the other, or an increase or decrease of one, e.g. 1.618 to 2.618 etc by a repeated math operation using just phi or Phi.

When you use 1, your base unit equal to the distance between two sides of a Moebius' surface expressed as some percentage of the Circumference of the Moebius; and your initial Moebius' circumference is Planck's Constant; then you can determine this Side to Side width in PC units directly as a function of a Moebius' replication generation. Further, the two Sides of the surface distance must meet these two constraints.

  1. Its ratio of S to S/Circumference must always decrease as the generation number increases, and;

  2. The absolute S to S width in PC units must increase predictably with generation number.

Ergo, there are present physical constants whose ratios in PC units can be predicted by the generation number of our universe. Right now, a good estimate of our generation numer = number of replications by dividing is about 80.

In short, by predicting accurately the Side to Side width between the two sides of our Moebius' surface is necessary for navigating at FTL using the E-T ships the Disclosure Project witnesses say the US govt has.

I expect some very smart people to say something and help NOW.

11-18-08 last add & edit. "What the List is for."

7-03-08 The N1CL is a correctable Public record of any information we exchange through its Public interface.

For scientists, it means our attempt to create an "objective" picture of how every aspect of our universe works = a theory that makes accurate objective predictions about what our senses perceive; requires the N1CLs use, as it personifies how scientists must work in Public together to build an accurate theoretical picture of reality. Luckily, theories are made of symbols, they are easy to change, unlike many peoples minds.

I arrived at this understanding about the List because no one would correct me on the record until today. I was able to constantly correct my errors of commission and omission and we keep daily backups of our Public record = a record of differences made to the N1CL record.

Now we have to keep these differences in an easily accessible place, while allowing constant corrections to what we say on specific topics as our understanding increases with time and new information. The result of this process is that you run out of things to fix. The 'theory' becomes accurate.

8-25-2008 Who do we need? How can You help?

8-25-08We have 153 days left to take action. Each of you who live on Earth face the same responsibility I and my wife do. Don't act, don't help, stick your head in the sand and we all fry including you, your children, everyone you love. Go ahead, bet it all that I am wrong and do nothing.

Building the List has been like building a mirror that describes the state of our civilization and also mine. I will add to the list when any new Who is Needed come up.

6-16-08 We Owe U (WOU) N1CL units: List of Lenders, Awarded to, How buy

Why & How Do N1CL We OWE YOU(WOU) units work?

Since we can not issue stock without putting the share holders interests ahead of the Members interest in protecting and maintaining the N1CL purposes in perpetuity, I was left with a problem: How do we raise capital? A lawyer told me as a sole proprietorship, you can borrow money from anybody on any terms both parties agree to. Ergo N1CL WOU units.

There are 100,000,000 N1CL WOU units. They will be repaid with 5% of N1CL stipulated gross revenues in perpetuity = forever. Stipulated gross revenues = $100 application fee and the $20 a month member fee plus other revenues to be decided upon in Beta. For sure, ad revenues will be. Denominated in whatever the nominal currency used to pay these fees in is. Should we increase the amount of membership fee or raise the monthly member fee, then the 5% will reflect this increase when collected. In short, the stipulated gross revenues are based upon whatever the member joining fee is, plus the monthly dues, ad revenues and (tobe decided), in whatever currency the member(s) pay with. There will be no special breaks for any members, we all pay the same, except for hardship exceptions.

When do we pay the 5% of defined gross revenues?

The 5% will be collected and paid on the 2nd Friday of the following month. A $1 minimum payment paid electronically for free to your n1cl account upon request. Payments to any other electronic account of your choosing are less any actual transaction charges for the transfer. The N1CL adds 10% to any actual transaction costs for its costs.

Amounts less than $1 will be accumulated in the members name and starting after the month collected will share proportionately in any interest earned by this "unpaid 5% account". No interest on amounts under $10. WOU owners may choose to accumulate there share of 5% in 'unpaid' account.

We have one lender at present. I refused to continue borrowing using them until the list was operational.

I also award them as rewards to those who have made good suggestions, etc, towards building the N1CL.

We will be using these WOU units to compensate Beta Testers and in the process establish their market value. Since the last transaction was $2 = N1CL is worth at least $200,000,000 dollars. During Beta, the Testers will earn WOUs for testing time, and then pay the $20 a month Member cost with them. They can subsitite actual $dollars$ instead; and they can buy them back for cash starting at %5 each, then going up $1 a week in price to %10.

In addition, we will offer one million WOUs at $10 each to investers. Members and Beta Testers will be given preference.

LENDERS

1. A. Wood in 2006 lent $5000 for 2500 N1CL WOU units.
